We build robotic cells from the ground up, engineered for your specific parts, processes, and floor layout.

The Build Process

Eight steps from first visit to first shift.

  1. We visit your facility, observe your process in person, and document everything we need to design the right system.

  2. We design the complete cell: robot selection, end-of-arm tooling, safety systems, HMI, and floor layout. We review everything with you before anything is ordered.

  3. We fabricate and program the entire system in our shop. Everything is built and tested under our roof before it ever ships.

  4. We install the complete system on your floor and work alongside your floor team and electrical contractors to ensure smooth integration with your existing operations.

  5. We run the system until you are confident it is ready for production. We test, refine, and verify performance against your spec.

  6. We train your operators to run the system, including how to use the HMI, how to handle changeovers, and what to do if something doesn't look right.

  7. Once you've seen the system perform reliably with your operators running it, we sign off together. Your acceptance is what closes out the install.

  8. Every system we build is covered by a 12-month warranty. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.

What we build

Palletizing

End-of-line palletizing cells that stack, sort, and palletize finished products onto pallets.

Handles variable SKUs, multiple pallet patterns, and continuous operation through shift changes. Our flagship palletizing cell includes a recipe-driven HMI that lets operators switch between products without touching robot code. Available in collaborative and industrial configurations depending on your payload and throughput requirements.

CNC Machine Tending

Automated load/unload for CNC mills, lathes, and multi-spindle machines.

Runs lights-out while your operators focus on higher-value work. We build custom end-of-arm tooling for each part family and integrate directly with your machine’s controls for seamless handoffs. Compatible with Haas, Doosan, Okuma, Mazak, and most other major CNC brands.

Injection Molding Tending

High-speed part removal and placement for injection molding lines.

Consistent cycle times, zero dropped parts, and integration with downstream trimming or packaging. We match the robot to your press tonnage and optimize the reach envelope for your specific mold layout. Designed for the high-cycle, high-heat environment of plastics manufacturing.
