KRC Care
We don't wait for your system to fail.
Two annual care plans for any robotic system - built by KRC or not. Proactive maintenance, priority service, and remote monitoring that catches issues before they cost you a shift.
Why a Plan Beats Time-and-Materials
“The cheapest robot in your facility is the one that's running. The most expensive is the one that's down at 2 AM on a Saturday.”
A reasonable question: why pay for a plan when you could just call us when something breaks? It's a fair ask. Time-and-materials works fine when the problem is small and the timing is convenient, and you can always call us either way. KRC Care doesn't change that.
What a plan adds is the part that's harder to do reactively. We monitor your system remotely. We see drift, fault patterns, and degradation as it develops, often before your operators do. When we see something, we reach out. You still have the option to call us anytime; we just stop being the only one watching.

Remote monitoring, explained simply
We connect to your system
During onboarding, we set up secure remote access to your robot controller and supporting equipment. No new hardware required for most systems.
We watch the data your cell produces
Your robot, controller, and supporting equipment generate diagnostic data continuously: fault logs, motor loads, cycle times, and other operational signals. We monitor that data across the entire cell, not just the robot, for patterns that signal a developing problem.
We reach out when something looks off
When we see signals that point to a developing issue: drift in cycle times, an uptick in minor faults, or unusual operational patterns, we contact you and recommend an action. Often we can resolve it remotely before your team is even aware.
Stop reacting. Start preventing.
Tell us about your system. We'll recommend the right plan.
